Real estate briefs: New coworking brand, California industrial investor, Engel & Völkers ink new deals

Accredo Packaging, a supplier of plastic film for the prepackaged food and consumer products markets, will expand its Sugar Land headquarters by more than 200,000 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space. Houston design/build firm KDW is handling the project. The 32-acre campus at 12682 Cardinal Meadow Drive will contain nearly 550,000 square feet when complete in 2019.

REth!nk, a new coworking brand focused on the real estate industry, has acquired the Master Mattress Works building at 1512 Center Street at Houston Avenue. The property, along with another in the RiNo Arts District in Denver, will launch a national network of spaces in spring 2019.

Saratoga, Calif.-based Wilson Investment Properties has acquired a portfolio of 19 buildings totaling 460,000 square feet in six industrial parks. The properties, including 6125 W. Sam Houston Parkway North, 6830 N. Eldridge Parkway, 9230 Keogh, 8807-8815 Emmot Road, 16623 Aldine Westfield and 5900-6000 Berry Brook Road, were purchased from JHV-1, LLC.

Primrose Schools has leased 8,000 square feet at 3 Greenway Plaza for an early education child-care facility. JP Hutcheson represented the landlord, Parkway Property Investments.

Engel & Völkers, a real estate services firm founded in Hamburg, Germany, is expanding in Texas. Imagine Realty International, led by Vickey Wachtel and Norman Wachtel, now operates as Engel & Völkers at 22210 Highland Knolls serving buyers and sellers in the Katy, Fulshear, west Houston and Memorial areas. In Huntsville, Mari Realty has become Engel & Völkers Huntsville-Lake Conroe under the leadership of Mari Montgomery. Engel & Völkers established a Houston office in 2015.

Ophthalmologist Dr. Hung Le has leased 6,255 square feet at One Oak Park, 6002 Rogerdale Road. Cliff West of JLL represented the tenant. Connor Saxe and Michael Anderson of Colvill Office Properties represented the landlord, Clarion Partners.

AP Brothers Investment has leased 11,700 square feet at 7215 New Territory Blvd., Sugar Land. Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the landlord. Jennifer Raymond with JPR Commercial represented the tenant.

Qualitas Health has subleased 3,684 square feet at Williams Tower, 2800 Post Oak Blvd. Nick Terry of NAI Partners represented the subtenant.

RAE Security has leased 10,007 square feet at 7102 W. Sam Houston Parkway from Bernstein-Perwien Properties. Ryan Dierker of Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

Modern Industrial Furniture has leased a 4,875-square-foot building at 10684 Jones Road from OK Property One. Jason Gibbons with Finial Group represented the tenant.

Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing and management of 785 Greens Parkway by Dallas-based TriGate Capital. The 124,000-square-foot building has 98,000 square feet of availability.
