According to the Knight Frank India report India Real Estate, while the IT and ITeS share of transacted office space fell to 36% in H1 2018 from 51% in H1 2017, the other service sectors (advertising, media, consultancies and research) saw a 20% increase in the same period to 43% out of which co-working garnered 29% space.
