WorkSuites has inked a 30,355-square-foot lease for a new coworking space in The Woodlands.
The company, which recently rebranded from Meridian Business Centers, will occupy the 5th floor of 2001 Timberloch Place, NAI Partners announced.
The deal will give WorkSuites five locations in the Houston market, in addition to 13 in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. WorkSuites also plans to open at 510 Bering and Sugar Creek Center, 77 Sugar Creek Blvd., Sugar Land in addition to current offices at 5100 Westheimer and 11811 North Freeway.
Dan Boyles and Michael Mannella of NAI Partners in Houston and John Pelletier and Greg Burns of Dallas-based ESRP Advisory arranged the transaction for the tenant. Paul Coonrod and Mathew Volz of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord.
