AltF CoWorking acquires Daftar India Mumbai, Co-working space provider AltF CoWorking today said it has acquired Noida-based Daftar India for an undisclosed amount. With its first acquisition, AltF CoWorking will add over 14,000 sq ft of prime co-working space in the heart of Film City, along with more than 250 additional seats to its present inventory of 2,000 seats at its facilities in Gurgaon. The company plans to launch additional spaces of considerably larger sizes in key locations within Noida and Gurgaon to build its presence and establish a strong network of private office spaces for start-ups and SMEs in the region. “AltF CoWorking has mapped out five more acquisitions over the course of this year and the next, with an aim to accelerate its pace of growth and boost its market share,” it said in a statement issued here. *************** Suven Life Sciences secures product patents in US and Canada * Suven Life Sciences today announced that it has received product and process patents in Canada and US for its molecule pipeline.
