Editing for Accuracy and Impact
Whether you have a staff of one or a hundred, your business will produce written material (e.g. business cards, brochures, signage, catalogues, reports, emails, training manuals, policies, newsletters, blogs and web pages). Errors in any of these can range from the slightly annoying typo to the catastrophic blunder (e.g. advertising your services for free instead of for a fee).
Customers and clients also use this information to find out about you and your business. How do you polish your prose so that it not only informs, but also connects with people?
Tim and Nola Passmore, from The Write Flourish, have a wealth of experience in writing and editing. In this interactive session, you will:

• Learn some tips for picking up errors in your own work.
