WeWork Review (Tower Place, Atlanta Georgia) // What to Bring To A CoWorking Space

Today I visited WeWork coworking space in Buckhead Atlanta called “Tower Place”, and spent the entire day working. I’m an animator who plans on using the space for group working and hosting events. Here is my experience!

Tower Place, 3340 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326

What to Bring To A CoWorking Space:
_ Cushions because seating can be uncomfortable
_ Working Materials: laptop, tablet, notebook, pens, headphones, etc.
_ Food/Drinks/Snacks that do not need to be refrigerated or microwaved
_ ID, debt card, and cash in case you want to purchase something
_ Business Cards to give to people you meet
_ Large Bag to carry items

What to Wear At A CoWorking Space:
_ Something comfortable so you can work without feeling terrible.
_ Something professional because you are working around people who you can network with, and you need them to take you seriously.
_ Something approachable. You want to look friendly so people feel comfortable approaching you in conversation.
_ Dress in layers because it could be warmer or colder inside than it is outside. The temperature could also fluctuate drastically inside as the day progresses.

Things to Consider Before Working At A CoWorking Space:
_ Parking. Call ahead and make sure parking is free, validated, or accessible via a garage. If there is only a street parking option, call and ask about the likelihood of you snagging a spot. I like to use ride-shares when I go to new spaces. You could also ask about public transit.
