“This is going to be Venture X’s predominant location in Dallas,” said Gianni R. LaBarba, managing director with Mohr Partners, who negotiated the office lease. “The office will have an internal staircase connecting the two floors.
“And there will be top-of-the-building signage.”
The office will open early next year.
The gold glass Campbell Centre buildings are one of the most familiar office addresses in North Dallas.
“When you think of Dallas, you think of Campbell Centre,” LaBarba said.
He said he’s working with Venture X on other locations.
Venture X just announced a new Uptown Dallas location in the One McKinney building at Hall Street and McKinney Avenue.
The shared-office company also has locations in Plano’s Legacy West development, on Alpha Road near the Galleria in Far North Dallas and in Las Colinas.
The mirrored gold Campbell Centre office towers were built starting in the early 1970s.
Since 2016, the buildings have been owned by Manhattan-based investor Haberman & Haberman.
