Pipeline Workspaces has opened its newest location at Park Tower, occupying the entire 15th floor of the 475,000-square-foot office tower in downtown Tampa. The coworking company announced the expansion earlier this year, in March. The new office marks Pipeline’s seventh U.S. location.
Located at 400 N. Tampa St., the 36-story building recently underwent a comprehensive renovation program led by Gensler. The architectural firm also spearheaded Pipeline’s office design. Amenities include 24/7 access, receptionist services, mailboxes, private phone booths and high-speed internet. Additionally, members have access to conference rooms, color printer-copiers that include scanning and fax functions, a fully functioning kitchen and complimentary coffee and tea.
Wendy’s Latin America, Baker McKenzie, AidiCare and Big Duck Games are among current Pipeline members. Touchscreen display designer Apek International and solar energy providers USA Solar and Next Solar are also on the shared workspace company’s member roster.
The new Pipeline office joins a growing network, with five locations across Florida and one in Philadelphia. The Florida offices are located in Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. Membership packages provide a host of choices such as virtual office services, flex-space options, dedicated desks with secure storage and private suites built to accommodate up to six workers.
“We have reimagined the traditional office by providing our members with purpose-built areas where they can focus, collaborate, learn and socialize. In addition, Pipeline members have access to all of our locations, creating ample opportunities to expand their business networks,” Pipeline co-founder Philippe Houdard said in prepared remarks.
Situated across the street from the Tampa Riverwalk, Park Tower is close to numerous restaurants, Curtis Hixon Park, Tampa Museum of Art, Channelside District, Amalie Arena and the University of Tampa. The location provides easy access to interstates 275, 4 and Lee Roy Selmon Expressway, while Tampa International Airport is just a few minutes away.
