CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Spaces, a coworking space company that is part of International Working Group plc, is preparing to open its first Ohio location in Over-the-Rhine.

The company signed a 12-year lease for about 41,000 square feet of space in a Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. development.

Spaces has four floors of the building available for customers. The top floor of the space is currently being left open for one tenant to take the entire space. That tenant would have access to a private balcony on the top of the building.

The rest of the tenants in the building will have access to a common rooftop balcony, which wraps around the corner of the building from 15th Street to Vine Street.
