Real estate advisory firm Savills is expanding its Workthere business into the US.
The listing and brokerage platform, which helps companies find suitable office space, is launching in the world’s largest coworking and flexible office market – New York City.
Savills plans to roll the service out to other US cities in the coming months.
Set up in the UK in 2017, Workthere now operates in seven countries, including Singapore, Germany, France, Ireland and The Netherlands.
According to London-headquartered Savills, coworking costs in New York are some of the highest in the world.
