• Kenect Nashville: Located in Midtown between Vanderbilt University and Music Row, Kenect Nashville is a one-of-a-kind hospitality-driven residential community. At full capacity, Kenect Nashville will house 420 residential units and 21,000 square feet of retail within a single 20-story building. The community also boasts 16,000 square feet of Kenect coworking space.
• Unique Amenities: Kenect offers a series of virtual events, classes, and live musical performances. Social spaces have been carefully designed to provide an immersive community experience while also offering an environment to relax, entertain, or work remotely with state-of-the-art technology.
