Multi-Tenant Types – long term traditional leases an different floors, fully furnished shared workspace model with flexible terms. Coworking space available to the existing tenants and new coworking members. Helps catalyze innovation and connectivity in the local tech scene.

Coworking Development & Advisory Consulting

Our consulting team worked closely with Assembly to develop a curated community of inspiring tenants and members in downtown Norfolk. We meticulously designed the space to promote connections and strengthen collaboration among creators and technology innovators. The shared common areas and amenities were thoughtfully planned to meet the common needs of the diverse community. In addition to the existing offerings, we initiated discussions for the Phase 2 expansion, which includes the restoration of historic buildings to add another 53,000 square feet. The careful curation and space design have made Assembly a sought-after destination for individuals and companies seeking world-class products and services in a collaborative and supportive environment.
